Aparguments, 2011 Edition

I talk a lot about things having been hard, but by the time I post I always say, “Wow, our relationship sure is awesome! I’m so grateful for all the awesome that we have here! Aren’t we great and cute and wonderful?” And then you all say, “Wow, you sure are awesome and cute and wonderful,” and we’re all happy. In Grateful Memory

I can’t adequately convey how much I looked up to this woman. She was tiny, but she was terrifying in the best way. She was completely in charge of a belligerent 200-pound teenage boy; you knew not to be late for her class without good reason. She was in control and she was motivational and she helped me to find the best in myself. Continue reading
